Our postage costs reflect the true cost to us for shipping & packaging. As a small, growing business & with our customers in mind we try to prioritise using a reliable, trackable courier over the cheapest option. Our shipping costs are calculated according to the weight & dimensions of the product. We have also worked hard to source quality, plastic free & eco friendly packaging & are always looking to build & improve on this.
If you're local to us in South East London you are more than welcome to collect from us & we also offer free local delivery on orders over £25 to our neighbouring postcodes: SE4, SE19, SE20, SE22, SE23, SE24, SE25 & SE26 (If you live out of these but close by drop us a message & we can see what we can do)
All of our products are hand made to order therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless damaged or faulty.
We have worked hard to perfect our postage & packaging to ensure items are delivered in one piece. Unfortunately due to the nature of some products we do get the occasional casualty!
If the box arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening your parcel, this helps us to claim compensation from the courier. For any damaged or faulty items please contact us within 48hrs of receiving with a photograph of the item & original packaging, we can then arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you or issue a refund.
All plant orders come with a £5 delivery fee this is because we send them on the fastest service possible. A minimum spend of £25 is required on all orders including plants. As soon as you receive your plant order please take your new plants out of the box & packaging! Our plants come with a 7 day guarantee, after this time we can't be held responsible for poor care or neglect! All our plants come with a care card with some simple tips for keeping your botanical baby healthy & happy.
